​We've been buying and renovating houses in Delaware County since 1995. At that time we were Hanson Contracting, a home remodeling company that was attempting real estate investment.

Fast forward to 2019 and Hanson Property Solutions is still doing construction, but only on our own real estate investment projects. We convert homes that are at the end of a life cycle into new properties that can be enjoyed by families either for sale or rent.
